As Zach stated a large adjustable wrench will prolly straighten the rim edge fairly well. As far as the tank, we usually put some pea gravel in "em shake them around good, them muratic acid, slosh that around good, then buy a quart of Kreme tank liner, put in more than you need, spin the tank until it"s all coated, then drain the rest back into your can for reuse, let it harden and you are good. Far as the dent; you can drill it and try to pull it but they are pretty thick, I"d be tempted to bondo it. Pete
