Did you rebuild the oil pump????? I have the same problem with one I just did because I was too cheap to do the oil pump while it was apart. I'm kicking myself in the butt over this one but once the summer work is over the pan is coming off and I'm doing the pump.
FYI cam, crank bearings and oil pump will affect oil pressure.......valve guides/seals will not. All the guides will do is make sure the valves are seating where they shoud and the seals control oil consumption.
