Any tractor with the wheels dished in tell me somebody was to lazy to turn them around when they were new. The only absoulete reason to have them in is if your trailer is not wide enought to set them properly. If used with duals then that can be a reason to set them in to equalize the load on the axle but keep the duals on then.
