I don't know if it is the same, but the plow I have for my C connects up to the axle clamps (same as cultivator) and a bracket swings up and connects to two bolts on belly of tractor. There are two lift arms which connect to touch control lift arms as well. I don't have any pictures, but I just hooked up this plow last weekend, after it had been setting for several years. The bracket that connects to belly was frozen in the down position and needed some serious penetrant to free up.
