I have a 1953 Super H that runs rough, I just bought it and I thought all it needed was a carburator rebuild, I have put a complete kit in it and Istill can't get it to smoothout, here is a list of stuff that I have already done, plugs, points, condensor, rebuilt carb, took carb off 5 or 6 times and reset float, set valve clearances. Plugs are Champion. cleaedthe gas tank also. When I shut the engine off gas pours out of the carb for a little bit. Also if I coles the fuel ajustment most of the way it will smooth out, but then it can't get enough gas if you slow the engine down and speed it back up. Ihave checked the compression and it is 75 on all 4 cylinders cold. Any help sure would be nice I am at my witts end.
