Some sort of McCormick. It came with a manual but it looks like the manual was for the other drill at the sale. It is 10' trip lift with single disc openers and grass seed. Brand new tubes and tires. I gave $275 for it.
The other drill was 10' and looked just a bit older. It has a weird cone thing for setting the population and cone/cup looking meters. Mine has fluted meters. There was a patent date of 1950 in the seed box on a printed seed chart. It was rustier and had a few more issues with drops and frozen levers, etc. It hand one bad tire, fertilizer, and grass seed. Single disc and trip lift. Missing all drag chains. It sold for $180.
The seed boxes look almost new on this drill and everything appears to work just fine. I think everything is free and I can start planting tomorrow. There is no seed chart in the box on this one. Any ideas what model it is so I can find a manual? Cowman, if you read this do you have a manual?
