Housing on the right in the picture goes into the transmission housing. Top side of it will be looking at you on the side of your transmission housing after the adapter parts are removed. Housing pictured on the right stays in place when clutch or brake parts are removed or installed. IH gear and shaft in the picture slides inside the housing pictured on the right. M&W shaft that takes the place of the IH gear is hollow instead of solid. Plate on the left is the IH part that holds the pinion gear and bearing in the differential. Round part sticking out with the oring on it slides in or out of the housing on the right picture pretty tight. M&W adapter piece will be inside the housing pictured on the right with a oring also. If everything else is removed the oring or the pinion bearing a tight fit in the housing will be all thats left holding things.
