Is the fuel filling the carb float bowl. There is a drain on the bottom of the carb to allow flow testing, (and draining) Put a can under the drain, and open it. Then turn on the fuel under the tank. If fuel comes out (at least a gallon) in a steady 1/8th inch stream, the carb is getting fuel. (use a clean pan to catch the gas) if the fuel does not come out, or is 1 cup a minute, it will never run till it has the delivery lines and sediment bowl cleaned. (especially the hole into the tank) If it flows well, there is a plugged up jetin the carb. Full submersion in new carb cleaner And cleaning every passage with a thin wire is part of the ordeal.
