Haas, your suggestion about the plug wires was right on! I remembered I had put a new distributor on and had the plug wires in the right order on the distributor cap. I did not realize the timing was counter clock wise and had the wires hooked up in reverse order. When I re arranged them, the old lady started on the 2nd crank...hitting on all four. Didn't even have to choke it. Thanks for the tip
