Here are a few pictures of a TA handler stand that I have designed for doing a TA job. It allows you to safely handle the big housing. These pictures were taken doing a TA job on a 986. When I do a TA job on an 06 series tractor I just hang the fuel tank and steering pedestal and remove the TA much like a 86 series. I can walk you through the process if necessary.
