Engine runs erratic and rockshaft to carb throttle plate vibrate back and fourth. This is worse as speed is increased. If I hold the shaft still with my hand the engine smooths right out. I adjusted the shaft as per paragraph 66 in the service manual but this had no effect. I removed the housing cover and there is a lot of play between the thrust bearing and governor sleeve, flyweights are real loose. Has anybody delt with this situation before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
