All frames were red. Standards and spools were blue untill about 57 I think. After that frames were red and standards and spools were black. Some came with blue or black scrapers and some had red scrapers. I personally would go with red frame and scrapers and blue standards and spools unless there is old blue paint on your scrapers, in which case I would paint the scrapers blue.
