Those carbs are real simple and things you can do to help your self are. #1 pull the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb and let the fuel flow a few minutes. Catch it so as to look for dirt and or water in the fuel. Also you can pull the main jet adjustment if I remember right it sits at the bottom of the carb and by doing so let fuel flow out of it for a couple minutes so as to clean out dirt etc in the main jet. Then take spray carb cleaner and spray into the main jet with the drain plug out and see if that helped any
