whats wrong with red

Grew up on a J.D. 70 gas. As n act of mercy i bought it from my father 15 years later to get it out of the briar patch.gave her a complete rebuild and some new green paint. But it still has that !@#^% hand clutch. Don't get me wrong i would'nt part with the old girl for sentimental reasons. But I kinda got my eye on a farmall H what were the problems with them? is there a way to give them live power? and what about the hydrolics can they be run without the clutch engaged?
