I really thank you all for your help, but as usual I am misleading my question.I would like to do away with the push starter solenoid. When youuse the solenoid with the push buttonso you can operate it with yourfinger, how can I go aro und the push by your foot rod or delete it?If you dont it will not send voltage to the starter.Ineed to have the starter set up so when hit the pushbutton with my finger it will go from the switch to the new ford type solenoid then it clicks and relays it to the starter.Presently it just stops dead at the top of the starter.Could I just wire back the rod so it ils engaged all the time?
