Jim is dead on with his advice,as usual.Biggest hassle you may find is pulling the steering arm.Once apart,check the keyway in the sector shaft for wear,along with the sector gear,not rare for that to be a source of excessive wear,and,of course,all bearings and bushings.Are your dowel pins still in place?? The two halves of the bolster housings still tight??Biggest thing I have found is oil leakage after repairs,may be a good application for corn head grease instead of gear oil,and not uncommon to find these packed full of regular gun grease.Be careful,and good luck with your repair job!!
