The noted item has already been sold but is really called a bellcrank lock strap. It's purpose when pinned through the elongated slot to the fast hitch leveling bellcrank it too permit an implement to float through a limited range to follow the ground contour. It is basically use for middle busters, planters and rear mounted cultivators which are controlled by gauge wheels. When the pinned through the round hole to the leveling bellcrank it keeps the implement level to the tractor axle for a rear mounted cultivator without gauge wheels.
