tractorsam! There is a rack & pinion in the bolster housing. The rack is in side an ecentric sleeve. So the rack can be adjusted up to the pinion. you will have to remove the left rail to get at the sleeve it is behind the cap that holds the steering in the bolster housing.. it has tabs so you can use punoh and hamer to trun it. Be careful it could be rusted tight. You should get a manual first. I can't tell you which wat to turn the sleeve, to move closer or away.
