Here is a picture of your C-151 plow and a picture of the framing, probably on the tractor, that is needed to mount it. The bracketry mounts to the bellhousing and torque tube. Also the parts list fot the framing.
The long rod leaning on the tree appears to be the one going to the front end. Not sure how that all works.
