Maybe, maybe not. There are at least 2 different outside diameters for sleeves for that series of engines. A 200 engine should use a larger O.D. than say an A or C, or even most Super A's, but I have been told that some late Super A's had the larger O.D. holes, but the sleeves were thicker so that they still used 3" pistons. Those sleeves might fit a 200 block and use 3" pistons.
My advice is to measure the Inside Diameter of the holes, down at the bottom of the sleeve where the O-ring goes, and get sleeves that fit the 200 block. Measure before you buy new sleeves.
