It could be "original paint" to an extent. Sometimes the Super C's, C's, Super A's, etc. got re-painted by the dealer at a promotional cost when the newer hundred series tractors came out. They painted them partially white to match the hundred series tractors, so the farmer would feel like he had something new and looked like the new ones. This tractor you're looking at could be the case of that. I have attached a picture of 1953 Super C that this was done to.
Red Dave said: (quoted from post at 03:22:04 09/02/12) Super C's were not a part of the factory white demonstrator promotion of 1950. Super C's just did not exist yet then. So it was not a part of that program.
But, if you were willing to spend the money you could order tractors painted colors other than red from the factory, or since it is a more or less 60 year old tractor, some previous owner may have had it painted white at some point in it's life. Lots of possibilities for why it has the white paint.
