and this is why we have the DOT breathing down our necks . We have all done dumb things . But myself i at least like a little over kill as to brakes and pull power . And placing a backhoe on a 14000 gvw trailer is pushing it a bit , all is well as long as nothing happens like some idiot pulling out in front of you then slamming on the brakes to make a left turn in heavy traffic. About like me hauling a 510 C Deere three miles with my one ton and tandem dual goose neck , yea it hauled it or the 1570 Case with loaded 30.5 32's way more then i wanted they both pulled hard down hill and even with the brakes on my trailer plus the truck brakes no where near what was needed . Would i haul either one of them again - not on your life . Put them on a semi .
