I have a parts catalog that shows the A-151. Looks like there are brackets that bolt to the drawbar bolts on the final drives. I think it bolts to the front bolts on the final drives. There is a rod that goes from the right hand side to a bracket on the steering arm on the right front spindle. That linkage goes all the way to the back to steer the rear wheel on the plow. The lift arm is on the left side of the mounting brackets and goes to the rockshaft at the hydraulic unit on the left hand side of the tractor. I used one of these more than 50 years ago to plow our garden when I was a teenager. As I recall, it did an excellant job of plowing. If you happen to be missing the bracket for the front steering arm (those were frequently left on the tractor) you can probably make something of even find one at a salvage dealer. I saw one on E bay a while back.
