Les, I specifically asked if it fits the diesel when I called this morning. They had one in stock also. My book has a different part number for the gas. This water pump is supposed to fit the following 806 856 1026 1206 1256 1456. I think that some of these models only came in diesel, correct? I was told that the water pump was of USA origin but I did not have the confidence to post that initially. They also have a reman. but it was higher, figure that.
