At a minimum I would use Valspar Restoration series. Not sure where you would get it down there, but we get it at Farm & Fleet or Fleet Farm up here.
The other entry level paint choice would be CNH paint.
If you want it red rattle cans will work, but the paint is WAY thinner than HVLP application. The rust will pip through in a few years if your experience is anything like mine.
