I can notice a very slight change, at idle when adjusting the screw. I'm going to leave it alone for the time being. "If it ant broke don't fix it" I supose fuel is getting to the engine through the main jet which allows the engine to run even if the air fuel idle adjustment screw is turned all the way in.
