Give a try like what I do. I set the hitch with the hydraulics to the mid level position. I then disconnect each side, one at a time and move the upright shaft forward to where the top arms pivot and pin them in the holes provided. One side you move just the pin and the other the whole pivot is moved in the hole. Once that is done the top shaft is lowered down all the way and now it is more like the standard hitch for getting on and off. At least you can use the fast hitch when you need it later without changeing all those parts. I myself have two of the standard hitchs from a 560 on the shop floor from parting out one and putting a fast hitch on the other 560.
