Thanks for the reponse guys. With the radiator removed (it was leaking anyway) and fan off, after a week of soaking with pb blaster (hey, it's available),kept tapping adjustable flange with brass hammer. Cut old belt off, flange finally let loose, turned in easier than out, so turned in and cleaned up threads with wire brush.Quite the project. Tractor has been sitting for unknown years. I did get it running before starting repairs.
