The camshaft gear has portions of the teeth missing in the center portion of parts of the gear. The outer edges are okay, which is probably why it is still spinning and still works the pump. There is one part of it where the edge is missing pieces of 2 teeth.
I have several different types of pullers and have a torch for heat.
I"ll support it under the bell housing. Didn"t think about a block under the drawbar. Hopefully, I do not need to pull the engine though.
