Hi, re hydraulic fluid, the capacity is 9 gal but will not hurt to overfill by 5 gal. There are multiple chambers in the trans/diff and there is a small transfer pump in there to transfer hydraulic oil from one chamber to the other so hydraulic pump will not be starved of hydraulic oil when tractor is on a slope. Re flow divider valve IIRC if it is stuck on the bottom then no PS and PTO but 3pt and remotes work, if stuck at top then no 3pt and remote but PS and PTO work. Since 3pt works most likely PTO shaft splines are OK. Make sure PS has all the air out of the system by turning steering wheel max left then max right several times. If now PS then some quick checks, dead head the remote and listen for relieve valve buzzing, if no buzz then hydraulic pump is not putting out 2200 psi. Dead head remote while turning steering wheel, if PS works then flow divider stuck.
