With a little more pactiance than usual I put back together my cleaned and lubed and newly resprung distributor. Pushed the start button and she roared to life again! Hot Damn I love when that happens! Now I have a dis that advances and only when it should. Pulley I got for the generator was for next smaller belt, DOHH. Oh well the napa guy is cool and will take it back. As I was ahead of schedual I took of the exhaust pipe because PO had installed one 2 inches short, welded a 2 inch piece on it and that went well too. Also figgered PO had installed side sheets on the wrong sides! Fixed that. Guess I'll have to go run it awhile and find out what thing needs fixin next. Don't know about cold start proformance as it's 55 deg here right now. kev
