Hi, 2444 and 444 have the same BD-154 Diesel engine unless you have a rare gas version. The block is slightly different between the 2444 and 444 but the water pump should be same. The bearing is usually the part that fails and allows coolant to leak. The bearing can be changed if you have access to a press but otherwise the casting body will break. Years ago when we had B414D,434 and 384, our local IH dealer carried re-manufactured water pumps.
