I second what Old-F20 said, replace the main bearings with new. Don't pay $200 each for new old stock, look on ebay, I bought new bearings for my Farmall Regular for around $30 each off of ebay.
A quick lesson on the bearing numbers:
The original numbers are 1313 for the front and 1315 for the rear. These are the max-fill heavy-duty bearings with more balls than standard bearings. However, there is no reason why you cannot use the standard-duty bearing as the tractor will not be doing heavy field work all day every day like when it was new. The numbers for standard duty bearings are 6313 for the front and 6315 for the rear.
