I had 11.2's on 10" rims and went to 12.4X38" tires on those same rims. I would have gone to 13.6's but couldn't justify looking for 12" rims.
All the advice I was given by my local tire guy and what I have read on here says you can 2" bigger tire size that what your rim is.
I've seen some 13.6's on 10" rims and they looked a little big but seemed to work.
I bought a pair of 15.5X38" on 10" rims and that looked like crap and the tread was dome shaped instead of being flat. I put those tires on a set of 14" rims and it looks perfect on my 300.
1st pic is 54SH with 11.2X38's on 10" rims. 2nd pic is 53SH with 12.4X38" on 10" rims The 11.2's look a little wimpy. Go with the 12.4's
