If you don't plan on doing any heavy lifting or abusive work with it, one cylinder is fine.
A second cylinder can usually be added pretty easily by someone with some basic fabrication skills if you really feel it is necessary.
What kind of work do you envision for this 3pt? That will tell you if it's worth it or not.
This is worth exactly what you paid for it, but IMHO the add-on hitches do not work well for moldboard plowing. Mostly because they don't have draft control, which makes keeping the plow at a consistent depth a manual process. Tough to do a good job of plowing.
