Completely drain hydraulics?

I'm replacing the hydraulic/transmission fluid on a 560 that sat idle for 11 years. I have drained in 3 places (rear, mid, and pto ta compartments) and have removed the filter. I got a 2-3 cups of water from each compartment, and some transmission stop-leak had been added before I got "control". The steering is drained due to a rebuild, but should I drain the control valves and lines to the 3pt and auxilliary cylinder? The Operator's manual refers me to a Preventitive Maintenance Manual for tractors with hydraulics for the proper draining proceedure, but I don't have that manual. As a side note, this is a Farmall, but the rear drain matched the picture in the Operator's manual for an International. Any ideas what is up with that? Thanks in advance - Sam.
