I have used s magnifying glass to find the leak. Then open it up just enough to let the fuel leak out. When it's dry clean the spot with steel woool and solder it closed. Remove any excess solder with a small file. Then submerse it in a can of fuel and hold it down with a weight overnight. Check it the next day to see if it has fluid in it. If it doesn't,you're good to go. I have done this several times with great success. RR
