Sounds as though your attachments are going to drive your tractor choice. For IH, perhaps the most critical is your loader - will it fit on the tractor being the first question, and how you're going to drive the hydraulics being the second. The "standard" M and H models have a very limited hydraulics capacity via the belly pump, with some of the later models having more capacity via a pump located at the distributor. If your loader depends upon the tractor's hydraulic system this is definitely an important consideration - adding this stuff can double the cost for the tractor; if your loader uses its own pump, a standard M might work for you.

I'd agree that an H is probably underpowered for your 12-foot disk.

For loaders, many people think a wide front gives you better stability. Wide fronts are not standard for Farmalls, although many came with that option or have been converted. Power steering is also very helpful.

To get the combination of features that you're used to, IPTO, up/down hydraulics, (power steering?), and power, your most likely candidates are the 300+ or 400+ series tractors, many of which have these as standard items. The International 300+ utility models have the wide front you're used to as standard, but are going to look pretty small in front of your disk - they've got 30+ drawbar HP, so they might handle it, but they'll still look odd.

Anyway, looks to me as though your most critical consideration is the loader fit and hydraulics, followed by the power required to pull your disk. Hope this was helpful.
