Some guys dish the wheels in so that they can fit on a trailer that had the deck between the wheel wells like a car hauler or small equipment trailer. You can switch them back no problem, takes a little muscle and a couple/few guys to get them off the axles and re mounted , just make sure the tread is facing the correct way.
