Do you have the tires? Where do you plan on buying them? If from a regular dealer then push him into mounting them on the tractor for that price. For sure you want new tubes. If he won't do it on the tractor for the price, you can haul the rims to the dealer and make him do it there. If you're buying from a warehouse, you'll need to work the old tires off one at a time. Most likely the rims/tires will be rusted together and it can be a slow "pound & pry" process. The rims should be wirebrushed and recoated before installation of new tires. Getting the old ones off is a lot harder than putting on new ones for sure. Do not "pound&pry" on the tractor on a jack! Wooden blocks (big ones), jack stands or other very substantial support is required. Important: new tubes/blocking/more than one guy. A rewarding job when completed, be careful. Dick
