Super A cooling sys.

I need to make sure my anti freeze level in my tractor is ready for winter. I would also like to flush the sys. The manual says to clean the sys with soap. What kind of soap are they talking about?? I've read several posts about problems caused with anti freeze, messing up the natural flow in the cooling sys. Is this a problem with the super A?? I could just drain the sys, but I may need to use the tractor from time to time during the winter. When you drain the sys. does it get all of the water out of the engine?? Thanks for all of the help. I'm just about finished with the paint job on my Super A and I will be posting photos. Thanks again.
