You might try ebay. There is a seller that is offering a rebuilt pressure plate for $225 and he has the 11" discs in 3 varieties beginning at $115 for the woven. He also has pilot and release bearings. He probably has the 9" PTO disc, too.

.090" (should be .072 - .078) is between the 3 studs on the main pressure plate to the underside of the PTO pressure plate.
