All valves on an F30 have the same clearance. I set mine cold at .019. I set them one cylinder at a time in the firing order 1 3 4 2. Get #1 cylinder on top dead center on the compression stroke. Be sure you are on the compression stroke!!! Set your intake and exhaust valves the same (.019) Rotate engine 180 degrees and you'll be on #3 D/C. Set valves for #3 and rotate 180 and you'll be on #4. You can use the D/c mark on the flywheel (look thru hole in bellhousing) to locate TDC, but it's actually easier to look thru spark plug holes and you will be able to see the top of the piston.
