Yes there was a change for the SC/200 for belly mount planters and it involved the planter hopper mount configuration. The original hopper mount had a double shaft (to allow transfer of the chain drive from the planter drive to pass through the planter hopper mount to the side dresser in a straight line). The original hopper mounts had a short transfer chain mounted to the inside of the main chain drive to transfer the motion from the rear shaft to the front. The addition of the cylinder control for the two point hitch created a conflict with the short inside mounted chain. It was reconfigured to the outside ends for later models. The later models will work on all models including the C but the earlier models will not work on the SC, 200, etc that have the cylinder control without modification to relocate the short chain for the right planter mount and shorten the rear shaft.
