I was parially wrong as my SA does not have the swinging part-- the drawbar does ride on top. there is a piece that bolts into the front hole, drops down at a 90 degree angle then another 90 degree angle to the rear. You can look at wengers dot com, enter parts, Farmall, Super A, you will see drawbar listed, click on that and you will see the swinging drawbar, you should be able to make the part you need.
