Everything you have said is right on. It will more than likely sell for more than that. I was just saying it would at least be worth that. Compression check, parts, and under load are very good points. To add something to the load part. Check if it will start the mower at various throttle settings and in 1st, 2nd, & 3rd gears. Also see if the governor picks up when you let the clutch out with the mower on. Bill {Antique Acres}
