Okay, fire coming thru coil wire port into the distr cap. Rotor seems to spin fine.
After I bent the tab on the rotor down (the thin copper strip) and tested again - fire thru all plugs. Would prefer to see more blue, but still good fire.
Points set at .013; plugs at .025.
Old, your bench test approach to these mags is great! Now, I'm going to re-install on engine and see what happens. Oops, I already know that timing is going to be my next issue with this since I've removed the timing gear, etc. in the clean-up, swap parts, whatever process.
