You can do anything you want if your pockets are deep enough. However, here is the more practical answer.
The F-12 and F-14 neve came with a battery ignition system to the best of my knowledge. I also do not know of any after market packages ever offered.
With that said, what is prompting you to want to switch the mag out? Magneto ignition is VERY solid and reliable. When properly set and tuned, they meet or beat a battery ignition every time. However, they do require more effort to understand them and maintain them. F4 mag parts are still readily available such as points, condenser, coil.
