The 1963 560 diesel we have on the farm had a little over 6000 hours on it in the first 4 years it was run when the tach broke. The next 4 years it was ran for more hours because my Dad rented 320 more acres that they farmed with it. Then he put a new tach in it and they put an other 6000 hours on the 560. Then we put an other tach in and has over a 1000 hours on it. In all of these hours it has been overhauled twice once in 1977 and again in 1980 because it was in a corn picker fire and when the fire department put the fire out the block was cracked. And has had one TA and two clutches and three steering sectors.
