Here is a link to a website that has a lot of detailed information about Farmall Regulars. I stumbled across this site about a year ago. My husband and I are (slowly) restoring a 1931 Regular. This guy, Harold Sohner, has a great website providing a lot of history, specs, etc. (His father worked at the Farmall Works in Rock Island).
Another great resource is Farmall Regular and F Series Collector's Originality Guide by Oscar H. Will III and Todd Markle. This book is great and we bought it thanks to the advice of some guys here on YT. If you watch on ebay, you can get it at a pretty reasonable price. I think we paid less than $17 dollars for a new book.
